The Waxie Dargles - featured entertainers at Irish Winterfest!

Blending Celtic tradition with the fiery spirit of the Red Dirt music scene, the Waxie Dargles deliver high-energy performances that are sure to ignite the stage and your hearts. With driving rhythms, soaring fiddle lines, and rowdy singalongs, they bring the spirit of the Irish pub straight to the American heartland. Their sound fuses ancient ballads with modern grit, offering a fresh take on Celtic-Americana folk-rock that’s as authentic as it is electrifying. From festival stages to rowdy pubs and honky-tonks, the Waxie Dargles are a force of musical mayhem built for big crowds and an unforgettable experience!

Irish Winterfest brings together the KC Irish dance community - check out dancers from the Driscoll School of Irish Dance, the Heartland Irish Dancers, the Dowds Irish Dance Academy, and the Lawrence Arts Center Irish Dancers! Featuring live accompaniment by Jump 2-3.

Our friends at Tamale Kitchen will have their food truck on Baltimore to serve up chicken and pork tamales, chicken tinga tostadas, Mexican rice, and Mexican soda favorites!
